Content & Community Management
Since January 2017
In January 2017 I joined the wonderful organisation team of CreativeMornings/Vienna as a communication specialist, focusing on content management for the chapter website, social media profiles and the monthly newsletter. CreativeMornings is a free monthly breakfast lecture series for the creative community, being organised by 1600+ volunteers in 160+ cities across the globe.
Coordinating website content
Among my tasks is the management of all communication materials on the chapter website, including information about speakers, sponsors, locations and registration.


Maintaining event page and guest lists
This also includes the preparation of content in the according sections on the website backend and publishing events on time.


Managing multimedia content
Every event is recorded on film and made accessible on the website after the lecture – always connected to a specific global monthly theme, selected by one of the chapters worldwide.


Integrating guidelines
The CreativeMornings HQ provides communication materials on a global level and these are prepared for local communications.


Preparing and distributing the newsletter
The monthly newsletter serves as the main channel to tell our community who will be the speaker at the next CreativeMornings event in Vienna, where this will take place and which companies serve as the event sponsors. While sending out the newsletter to 1900+ registrants, the view rate is 50 percent on average – a fairly high rate.


Managing the Facebook profile
We use Facebook as our major platform to reach our community in a fast and easy way, encouriging the »fans« to save the date for the next event, so see recaps but also to find out details and annoucements from our partners, sponsors and friends.
Managing the Instagram profile
We use Instagram primarily to communicate the monthly theme, to document the event with best-of photographs and to promote activities of our partners.
